we offer two options: one is a physical product that is mailed out, the other is a digital file you can download to your computer and print at home or through a photo lab.

in order to open the .PDF file you will have to have Adobe Reader, which if you do not have you can download it for free through here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/ 

once your order is placed, you will have the option to download the print right away. you will also have an email sent to the email address used for the order, so you can download the print at a later date. 

• if printing from a home computer/printer we recommend using thicker (card stock) paper
• for prints with gold accents, we recommend sending these prints to be printed at a photo lab
